There isn't a way. The Tools Not Included map seeds are all invalid. When the map generation was changed by the merge of the DLC and base game's code bases, all the existing seeds were invalidated and the MOD used to get the seeds was broken. The MOD won't get fixed until the DLC is released. So for now, there are no seeds.

Put a storage into water with priority 9 and use it to store slime. Slime won't produce pO2 if submerged, and no p02 means no slimelung. Make an airlock door at the entrance of the biome and make a few deodorizers on both sides to clean the air. Spam deodorizers in the swamp biome on the path your dupes will take.
